mylandocs is an online service for requesting Tamil Nadu land records and civil certificates. We are not a government office. Official records are issued by the relevant Tamil Nadu authorities.

- Request details you enter, such as district, taluk, village, survey or patta number, hospital, and date of birth or death
- Documents or files you submit with a request
- Wallet and payment metadata (amount, status, and gateway references). Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by mylandocs
- Device and app usage information needed to run the website or app (for example, session and crash diagnostics)
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Complete Patta, FMB Sketch, EC, birth, and death requests
- Send OTP or other verification steps when a portal requires them
- Charge your wallet after a successful download where applicable
- Provide support and updates about your request
- Improve reliability and comply with legal obligations
Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to complete your request, including with:
- Payment gateway providers
- Tamil Nadu government portals used to fetch the document you requested
